Job summary

Infosys Limited, a global technology leader, is seeking a Package Consultant 2 for its Digital Experience (DX) unit in the United States. You will participate in requirements gathering, assist in designing ERP/ CCM integrations using Quadient Inspire, and develop features across CCM applications.

The role emphasizes end-to-end customization, documentation, and client collaboration to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
Experience in end-to-end implementations using Quadient Inspire.
Knowledge of Quadient Inspire products and modules.
Elicit and analyze data mapping, template layout design and post processing for CCM applications.
Design and configure Inspire applications to migrate legacy systems to Quadient Inspire.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to align with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
Contribute to solution architecture by assisting in customization of ERP modules and features.
Develop and integrate new features, conduct code reviews, and maintain stability and compliance of the codebase.
Configure interfaces, run ETL processes, and ensure data flow between ERP and other applications.
