Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to support CCaRS at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will provide CCaRS application support, maintain accounts, budgets, and reporting, and help tailor the CCaRS database to meet government needs.

You will train government personnel on CCaRS, assist with data population, forecasting, and executing budget workflows, with emphasis on accuracy and process alignment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• CCaRS application experience and training background.
• Two years of CCaRS system administration experience.
• Documentation demonstrating successful CCaRS training completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional CCaRS application support.
• Assist in populating CCaRS with user accounts, budgets, and reports.
• Maintain CCaRS database administration including program planning, budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
• Configure CCaRS for Executive CCaRS and train Government personnel.
• Populate requirements data and ensure data accuracy; coordinate with Government personnel on corrections.
• Generate charts/reports (Budget Execution Reviews and 1537 Reports).
• Support daily financial operations and forecasting in CCaRS.
• Assist in researching DFAS posting errors and identify corrective actions.

Skills

Active Secret security clearance

CCaRS administration

Education

Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 12 years of experience, five in the DoD

Ten years of experience in the respective discipline (DoD experience preferred)

Fifteen years of directly related experience with proper certifications
