Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Platform Architect to design and deliver scalable contact center solutions across Zendesk, Amazon Connect and AWS. You will set technical strategy, lead architecture efforts, and mentor presales teams while driving modernization and integration across platforms.

You will guide security, compliance, and governance, develop technical docs and demos, and work with partners to implement innovative CCaaS solutions. This is a hybrid US-based role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales engineering or solution architecture.
• Experience with contact center platforms (CCaaS) and Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable contact center solutions using Zendesk, Amazon Connect and AWS.
• Define long-term technology strategy and roadmaps for CCaaS modernization.
• Lead architecture reviews, security governance, and best-practices adoption.
• Provide mentorship to presales and solution-design teams.
• Develop technical documentation, whitepapers, and demos for prospects.
