Responsibilities

• Architect scalable contact center solutions leveraging Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS.
• Define long‑term technology strategy for contact center modernization.
• Lead pre‑sales activities: discovery, design, PoCs, and demos.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to presales teams.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliant best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors like AWS and Zendesk on roadmaps.
