Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Senior Catering Manager in West Hollywood to lead catering & events initiatives for luxury meetings, parties and gatherings. You will energize staff, drive guest satisfaction, and partner with leadership to maximize revenue and financial performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in hospitality catering, a post-secondary diploma or degree, and proven leadership with strong communication. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

About you

• Passionate about hospitality and food & beverage with a minimum of 3-5 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• An expert in Catering & Events, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
