Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in catering, food production, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience supervising employees in high-volume food-service or catering.
• Experience coordinating catering or event operations across teams.
• Experience managing schedules, payroll, and labor costs.
• Knowledge of food safety, safety, inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily catering operations including food production, inventory, procurement, and invoicing.
• Oversee high-volume catering events from planning through execution.
• Lead catering and conference services sales processes with clients.
• Coordinate communication between sales, culinary, and front-of-house teams for timely execution.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, and labor costs.
• Monitor expenses to maintain budget requirements.
• Maintain food-safety and workplace-safety standards.
