Compass Group USA’s Eurest division seeks a Senior Catering Director in Los Angeles to lead all aspects of the catering operation for a high-profile account. You will oversee internal and external catering, cultivate client relationships, and ensure events reflect top standards of quality, creativity, and execution.

You will work with the Chef on menu development, train staff in service techniques, monitor labor and food costs, and strive for best-in-class guest experiences across diverse events.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of foodservice management experience.
• Catering experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Trains catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation and customer service
• Tracks and monitors the labor and food cost for each event
• Maintains excellent client relationships
• Works with the Chef in creating menus
