General Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a structured, organized approach to managing priorities and follow-ups.
Operate with high levels of autonomy and proactivity.
Maintain a global business vision while ensuring tactical execution.
Exhibit strong interpersonal communication and social intelligence in cross-functional collaboration (Supply Chain, Marketing, NPD, Logistics).
Sales Development:
Identify and acquire new clients in line with the guidelines set by the Head of Sales.
Expand the product portfolio with existing clients through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Innovate in commercial approaches to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
Client Portfolio Management:
Identify and respond to client needs through regular and strategic interaction.
Monitor and manage opportunities and risks within the client base.
Understand client strategies and core values to align offerings accordingly.
Develop and maintain client relationship maps.
Negotiate client agreements and set pricing within internally approved guidelines.
Handle client complaints professionally and define appropriate commercial responses.
Establish and maintain monthly and annual sales forecasts.
Sales Budgeting and Planning:
Define and propose the 3-Year Plan and annual sales budget for assigned clients or segments.
Execute approved plans with full accountability for results.
Reporting and CRM Usage:
Report weekly to the Category Lead and Head of Sales on key commercial actions.
Use Salesforce (or other CRM platforms) to track opportunities, threats, and client visit outcomes.
Actively contribute to sales meetings and category strategy reviews.

Qualifications
Education:
University degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
In absence of formal education, substantial and proven experience in a commercial sales role may be considered.
Languages:
Fluent English is mandatory.
Proficiency in Spanish and/or French may be required depending on client portfolio.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar sales role, preferably in an international or matrixed environment.
Experience with category or key account management is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), business planning tools (e.g., Anaplan), and pricing tools (e.g., Vendavo).
Understanding of market structures, client dynamics, sales divisions, and manufacturing processes relevant to the business.
