The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5–7 years in merchandising or retail operations, with strong financial acumen and analytical skills. You will translate market insights into stores’ assortments and prices, driving category performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five to seven years experience in merchandising or retail operations preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and communication skills are essential.
• Strong retail foundation, vendor management and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all team activities and decisions.
• Analyzes market research and ensures the right products are in stores at the right prices.
• Uses sales, gross profit and reports to meet performance targets for assigned categories.
• Adds and deletes products in response to industry changes and customer demands.
• Tests new products and troubleshoots supply chain issues.
