Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Category Manager III to lead assigned procurement categories and shape strategies that align with company goals. Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Category Manager in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Travel domestically and internationally ~25%.
• Experience sourcing in low-cost regions and with global locations.
• Proven success in change management and driving cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Lead RFPs/RFQs and supplier selection with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate supply agreements including terms, prices, and delivery.
• Monitor spend performance and drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with global facilities to identify regional and global savings.
