Required: 7+ years in sourcing or supply chain and a Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sourcing, category management, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes category strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Manages complex, multi-year supplier relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leads sourcing initiatives including RFPs/RFQs, supplier selection, and contracts.
• Drives spend analysis and cost savings pipelines to meet financial targets.
• Analyzes market trends to inform sourcing strategies and mitigate risk.
• Provides leadership to cross-functional teams for initiative execution.
• Implements process improvements to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Tracks KPIs and category performance for leadership review.
