Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing $100M annual spend for the Americas region (Capex, MRO, site materials).
• Lead a team of Sourcing Specialists and provide category support.
• Develop and evolve productivity plan for the category with BU/Operations input.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine current and future sourcing needs and execute category strategies.
• Negotiate and implement supply agreements balancing quality, service, risk and value.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key suppliers to advance objectives.
• Identify TCO improvement opportunities for key equipment.
• Address supplier performance issues via root-cause/corrective action.
