Job summary

Orsted Hornsea Project Four Limited is seeking a procurement professional to develop sourcing strategies and manage inverter and BESS equipment purchases for our renewable energy projects. You will collaborate with Engineering, Development, Construction, Commercial, and Legal teams to secure commercial outcomes and strengthen the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies for inverter and BESS equipment aligned with project, procurement, and business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end tender processes, including supplier engagement, evaluations, negotiations, and contract award decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, development, construction, finance, tax, and legal stakeholders to support project execution.
• Monitor supply markets, supplier capacity, pricing trends, and risks to provide market intelligence and recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial agreements including pricing, delivery, warranties, and terms.
• Support contract management throughout the project lifecycle and drive procurement process improvements.
• Identify and manage commercial, contractual, and supply chain risks while promoting integrity and safety.
