Job summary

Reser e2s Fine Foods seeks a Manager, Category & Customer Insights to translate category and retailer insights into actionable growth strategies. You will create analytical tools and reports, partner with marketing to drive strategic plans, and translate data into clear visuals for leadership.

You’ll analyze market trends, shopper behavior, and competitive activity using Circana/IRI and other tools, collaborating with Brand and Sales to optimize campaigns and at-shelf tactics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field; 7+ years in marketing or insights.
• MBA reduces experience requirement to 5+ years.
• Expert in syndicated marketing analytics tools and software platforms for CPG.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and frameworks to collect and present data for review.
• Support growth plans in partnership with marketing peers.
• Analyze category performance and shopper behavior to inform strategies.
• Assess brand and campaign performance with sales teams.
• Lead category and sales channel research and special projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver analyses for executives.
