Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience.
• 4-6 years of experience with Planograms or Floorplans.
• Experience with analysis in a professional setting.
• Experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Proficient in PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards and perform pricing and margin analyses.
• Analyze category performance and store-level reporting.
• Generate assortment analytics and coordinate with departments.
• Support category managers with space planning and regional tailoring.
• Identify data errors and drive data quality improvements.
