American Family Insurance is seeking a Senior Catastrophe Risk Analyst to lead complex catastrophe risk analyses and convert model results into actionable insights. You will influence risk appetite, portfolio strategy, and business planning while partnering with cross-functional teams across the enterprise.

The role is hybrid, with a minimum of 10 days per month in the office and relocation support for eligible candidates. Candidates should reside within 35–50 miles of Madison, WI or Boston, MA.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of catastrophe risk experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and programming knowledge in data analysis.
• Solid experience with catastrophe risk models and geospatial data.
