Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and document property claims, including policy review, statements, inspections, reserves, estimates, and settlements.
• Communicate claim updates verbally and in writing to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes.
• Provide technical expertise and act as SME for claims projects.
• Mentor less experienced staff and support catastrophe response, including overtime.
• Lead high-profile investigations involving complex fraud referrals.
