Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers to achieve the best possible product presentation.
• Read and analyze technical information for new and existing products to develop catalog and online content.
• Observe, examine, and use products when possible, to gain a thorough understanding.
• Attend catalog and internet production meetings and take detailed notes on products and processes.
• Write product copy for assigned catalog pages and online platforms.
• Adapt copy to meet customer, marketing, and management objectives.
• Track assigned pages throughout the catalog production process and monitor product content online.
• Create additional written materials including news releases, response letters, interviews, instruction manuals, and departmental communications.
• Maintain product files and current reference materials.
• Proofread, edit, and verify copy for accuracy.
• Assist team members and support various administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure copy complies with trademark, country-of-origin, and material construction requirements.
