  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather product information and optimize content presentation.
  • Observe and evaluate products to develop a thorough understanding of features, benefits, and customer value.
  • Attend product, marketing, and production meetings, documenting key information and action items.
  • Adapt content to meet customer needs, marketing objectives, and brand standards.
  • Track assigned projects and content through the production and publication process.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Write a variety of business communications, including press releases, customer correspondence, interviews, instructional materials, and related documentation.
  • Maintain reference materials and product information libraries.
  • Review, proofread, and edit copy for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and adherence to company style guidelines.
  • Verify product claims, specifications, and other critical details before publication.
  • Maintain accurate product records and documentation.
  • Support team members and contribute to department projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable advertising, trademark, labeling, and regulatory requirements.
