Job summary

Orion180 is seeking a Senior CAT Risk & Portfolio Analyst to advance exposure management, CAT analytics, and underwriting portfolio strategies. You will work with underwriting, product, finance, and technology teams to improve real-time monitoring, CAT modeling, and pricing support, leveraging advanced analytics, ML, and GIS insights to drive profitable growth.

You will collaborate to enhance data pipelines, dashboards, and risk insights, contributing to cross-functional initiatives like

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related analytical field.
• 4+ years in P&C insurance, CAT exposure management, or actuarial science.
• Experience with CAT models (AIR, RMS, KR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio management initiatives across pricing, underwriting, and CAT exposure using data analytics.
• Analyze CAT portfolio performance, loss drivers, and risk indicators for pricing strategies.
• Execute and enhance CAT modeling workflows using AIR, RMS, KR and internal tools.
