Qualifications

• Supervisory manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee casting production ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure daily counts are complete and accurate; report DT issues.
• Lead line leaders; coach and develop staff per job standards.
• Schedule manpower for weekends; manage overtime per needs.
• Maintain safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Use 5 WHY methodology to analyze customer issues and report findings.
• Manage shift paperwork and reporting on a daily basis.
