Job summary

Beehive Industries, located at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Technician, Casting Finishing. You will operate manual finishing equipment to deburr, blend, and finish metal castings while ensuring adherence to drawings and work instructions.

Visual inspections, traceability, and rigorous documentation are essential to meet quality standards. Candidates should have 2+ years in foundry or metalworking backgrounds, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in foundry/casting or metalworking environment.
• Experience grinding, deburring, blending, polishing, or metal-finishing operations.
• Ability to read drawings and follow work instructions.
• Familiarity with quality control and traceability practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand grinders, belt grinders, and other finishing equipment to deburr and finish metal castings.
• Remove flash, gates, burrs, and other imperfections per process instructions.
• Inspect castings visually during finishing and document results.
• Maintain material/part traceability and complete production records.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues.
