Job summary

Beehive Industries is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Technician, Casting Finishing at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. You will perform manual finishing on metal castings, deburr, blend, and inspect parts to meet engineering and quality requirements.

The role requires following drawings and instructions, maintaining traceability, and collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams. You should have 2+ years in casting or aerospace-like environments, experience with grinding tools, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in a foundry, casting, metalworking, aerospace manufacturing, or similar production environment.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, travelers, or detailed work instructions.
• Familiarity with grinding wheels, abrasives, belt grinders, pneumatic tools, and other metal-finishing equipment.
• Experience in a quality-controlled or traceability-driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand grinders, belt grinders, rotary tools, and other finishing equipment to grind, deburr, blend, and finish metal castings.
• Remove excess material and casting imperfections as required by process.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, specifications, tolerances, and manufacturing requirements.
• Select appropriate grinding wheels, belts, abrasives, and finishing tools for materials and processes.
• Maintain part geometry, dimensions, and surface condition during finishing.
