Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Gaming & Casino Marketing Analyst in Las Vegas to evaluate property gaming metrics, optimize player reinvestment campaigns, and deliver actionable operational insights to senior leadership.

You will design and monitor direct marketing performance, collaborate with casino operations on floor analytics, and support host performance with the Player Development team while preparing monthly financial and performance reports for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quantitative analytics experience in a high-volume casino or gaming environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization platforms (Power BI or Tableau) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of Casino Management Systems (CMS) and data-driven marketing mechanics.
• Experience in statistical trend analysis and financial modeling for executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor performance tracking for direct marketing campaigns and optimize offers.
• Collaborate with casino operations to evaluate slot and table game configurations and labor efficiency.
• Analyze player segment trends and support host performance metrics with the Player Development team.
• Produce monthly executive reporting on Slot, Table Games, and Direct Marketing performance; assist in GGR budgeting and targets.
• Perform ad-hoc quantitative analyses to identify revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities.

Opportunity Overview

A leading gaming and entertainment operator is seeking a driven Senior Gaming & Casino Marketing Analyst to evaluate property gaming metrics, optimize player reinvestment campaigns, and deliver actionable operational insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Offer Optimization: Design and monitor performance tracking for direct marketing campaigns, utilizing test-and-control segmentation models to elevate offer ROI and player reinvestment strategy.
• Gaming Floor Analytics: Collaborate with casino operations to evaluate slot and table game configurations, capital deployment, staffing schedules, and floor labor efficiency.
• Player Development Support: Analyze rated player segment trends and partner with the Player Development team to set and monitor host performance metrics.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: Generate monthly executive reporting packages (Slot, Table Games, and Direct Marketing performance) and assist in annual Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) budgeting and target setting.
• Ad-Hoc Business Intelligence: Perform custom quantitative analyses on operational, competitive, and economic developments to identify revenue growth and cost-reduction opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 2+ years of quantitative analytics experience within a high-volume casino or gaming environment.
• Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization platforms (Power BI or Tableau), and advanced MS Excel.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Casino Management Systems (CMS) and database marketing mechanics.
