Saracen Casino Resort is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee AP and General Ledger functions, ensure timely month-end closings, and assist with financial statements. The role requires GAAP expertise, strong analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 5 years of direct accounting experience, with proficiency in Infinium and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area preferred.
• Minimum 5 years direct accounting experience required.
• Understanding and experience with GAAP and GAS.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Infinium or similar general ledger system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
• Manage month-end closings, review balance sheet reconciliations and analyze trial balances.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
• Maintain chart of accounts and assist with budget process.
• Provide feedback to AP and GL teams and collaborate with CFO and Financial Controller.
