Job summary

Artizen Staffing in Madera, CA is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting, revenue audit, AP and GL in a fast-paced gaming environment. You will supervise Revenue Auditors, ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls, and prepare financial reports.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, reviewing GL entries, and coordinating month-end activities. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting plus 5+ years casino experience required; ability to obtain gaming

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years in casino industry, with 2 years accounting experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, gaming regulations, Title 31, and MICS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and daily revenue audit operations.
• Supervise Revenue Auditors and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Conduct and review daily, weekly, and monthly audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, gaming regulations, MICS, and NIGC requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and audit reports for management.
• Review General Ledger entries for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Coordinate month-end inventory counts and other recurring audit activities.
• Maintain required financial and audit records.
