Job summary

PGIM Real Estate is seeking a Senior Servicing Specialist in Dallas to manage cash processing for loans, including borrower payments, wires, and ACH activity. You will balance daily cash, research unidentified items, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve exceptions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in treasury/banking or related field, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate posting and audit readiness. This is a full-time on-site position in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with treasury, banking, cash operations, or loan servicing experience.
• Strong understanding of cash processing, bank activity, payment application, daily balancing and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, calculations, and data review.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume, deadline-driven cash processing.
• Ability to document research findings and support audit or review purposes.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash processing functions for loans serviced, including incoming borrower payments, wire transfers, ACH activity, and other cash receipts.
• Perform daily cash balancing and reconciliation to align payments with bank activity and system postings.
• Research and resolve unidentified wires, unapplied receipts, payment discrepancies, and posting exceptions.
• Process approved disbursements in the loan system and monitor pre-authorized borrower transfers.
• Support monthly subsidy billing, MIP transmission to HUD, month-end reporting, and audit requests.
