Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Epic or other EHR System.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Associates degree or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 2+ years of experience in medical or insurance billing in lieu of associates degree.

Responsibilities

• Process and post payments not posted through automation.
• Interpret EOB and input details into Epic.
• Resolve payment-related errors with guidance from SME/Supervisor.
• Collaborate with trainers and develop internal documentation for processes.
• Maintain high-volume posting with accuracy and defined turnaround times.
