Job summary

Tides Family Services is seeking a Senior Caseworker to provide in-home and community supervision, developing treatment goals and collaborating with an integrated team across multiple locations. Face-to-face contact daily and on-call duties are required, with strong emphasis on safety and accountability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and bilingual abilities in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community strengths-based supervision to clients and families across multiple locations with daily face-to-face attempts and on-call responsibilities.
• Collaborate with an integrated team of caseworkers, behavioral assistants and clinicians to develop treatment goals, conduct evaluations, provide resources, advocacy, and routine assessments.
• Maintain crisis and trauma counseling to ensure client and family safety.
• Build partnerships with community providers to increase access to services.
• Ensure quality service metrics through release forms, informed consent, treatment plans, notes, and data entry into the agency system.
• Serve as liaison/advocate between program, community, and neighbors to build partnerships.
• Uphold NASW professional boundaries and cultural sensitivity.
• Attend program and leadership meetings and coordinate activities and resources across locations.
