Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in social work or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences; or an equivalent combination including 12 college credits in those areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee caseworkers' placement reviews, guidance, and ongoing service planning.
• Ensure all case documents, plans, and assessments meet state, federal, and agency requirements.
• Review and schedule petitions, forms, and casework meetings with legal representatives.
• Coordinate case management and counseling services for children, youth, and families facing crises.
• Supervise the review of suspected child abuse or neglect cases.
• Meet with community partners to align services with the needs of children and youth.
