Job summary

Valid driver’s license.
Experience in counseling, rehabilitation, or casework management.
Knowledge of counseling, casework and treatment methods; behavior modification and inmate restoration rehab.

Responsibilities

Provides casework management services, programming, and guidance for inmates to enhance facility security and promote pro-social behaviors.
Manages the inmate work program within the assigned cluster.
Provides counseling, classification, case management and crisis intervention for assigned caseload.
Sponsors/facilitates program groups and supervises volunteers as appropriate.
Prepares and maintains observation and follow-through with pre-release planning for inmates; ensures paperwork is timely and accurate.
Prepares inmates for release by conducting treatment programs that are relevant and evidence-based.
