Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in counseling, rehabilitation, or casework management.
• Experience facilitating rehabilitative programs and preparing reports.
• Working knowledge of counseling, casework and treatment methods; ability to develop and follow through on treatment plans and to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management services ensuring classification paperwork is timely, accurate and complete.
• Ensure inmates are appropriately employed during incarceration.
• Focus on adult inmate release planning and counseling; provide training and guidance to inmates and staff.
