Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinate case management and counseling staff.
• Assist in development, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of facility case management and counseling services.
• Review, process and respond to lawsuits; attend hearings when necessary.
• Initiate investigations with information gathering and interviewing victims/witnesses; determine probable cause for action.
• Draft responses to contracting agencies following inspections and audits.
