Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social or Behavioral Science with 1 year of related field experience, or six years of related work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caseload to ensure program requirements are met.
• Ensure accountability of residents in the community via phone, onsite checks, and documentation.
• Review and oversee residents' financial obligations.
• Review behavior and determine if disciplinary actions are needed.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential resident records and files.
