Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a social or behavioral field or related work experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social/Behavioral Science and 1 year related experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caseload of residents to ensure program requirements are met.
• Evaluate progress and participate in resident meetings.
• Conduct assessments and reviews of financial obligations.
• Monitor behavior and apply disciplinary measures as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date, confidential resident files and records.
• Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and contractual requirements.
• Occasionally travel within the United States as needed.
