• Four years of experience in corrections, case management, or related human services field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff with coaching, mentoring, and performance expectations.
• Ensure quality, person-centered community supervision and case management services.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations, workload, staffing, and resources.
• Participate in strategic planning, policies, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Build partnerships with county agencies, courts, providers, and law enforcement.
