Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and extensive case management experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese; willingness to travel by public transportation or car.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the DAS Case Management program and provide case management services to seniors and adults with disabilities.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate the program staff.
• Maintain complete client files and data collection forms and reports.
• Participate in evaluation and quality assurance activities of Social Services programs.
• Engage with community organizations, families, and caregivers; present at community meetings.
