About the Role

BP Innovations is seeking an organized, data driven, experienced Senior Carrier Services Coordinator to join our remote-first team. This highly visible role leads the coordination of ISP, UCaaS, and other telecom services, ensuring accountability and seamless customer/provider experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate order intake and activation for Technology Advisor-sold services (internet, voice, UCaaS)
• Create order checklists and milestones for tracking provider accountability
• Lead customer kickoff calls and provide ongoing updates
• Work directly with service providers to resolve escalations
• Support ownership transfers, invoice reviews, and order validation
• Assist in reviewing service renewals and conducting option comparisons
• Route incoming field service requests to project coordinators
• Maintain reporting on milestones, escalations, and documentation
• Contribute to refining our internal processes by identifying opportunities for automation and workflow improvement using existing tools.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience in telecom coordination, UCaaS provisioning, or ISP operations
• Strong technical skills to understand service billing, quotes, and troubleshooting
• Exceptional organization and self-management in a remote work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable leading calls and issue resolution
• Advanced spreadsheet (Excel or Sheets) expertise for comparison and tracking
