What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level customer service and resolve patient billing questions
- Assist patients in navigating complex billing and reimbursement processes
- Build trusting relationships with patients through meaningful conversations
- Manage difficult situations with empathy and urgency
- Accurately document each interaction in the Revenue Cycle system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, collections practices, and/or infusion services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel with at least 1 year of experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in healthcare billing or collections practices
- 1 year of experience in pharmacy billing and reimbursement
