Job summary

You will drive process improvements, oversee budgeting and reporting, coordinate with legal and risk management, and ensure accuracy in settlements while guiding staff through a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in finance or transportation/logistics.
• Experience leading a carrier payables team.
• Ability to identify process improvements and automations.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads talent identification, development, and performance for carrier payables team.
• Communicates and escalates issues affecting revenue or payments.
• Develops strategies to strengthen carrier relationships.
• Oversees budgets and prepares reports for stakeholders.
• Performs audits and resolves disputes on charges.
