Voda Cleaning & Restoration is hiring a Lead Technician to perform expert carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services and to lead by example as part of a growing team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, are physically capable of hands-on work, and can use mobile devices for daily reports. IICRC certifications are a plus, with opportunities for advancement and training.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) bonus.
• Physically able to perform hands-on work.
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet and floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player and lead by example.
