You will transform innovative carpentry concepts into reality while collaborating with a team that values a family-first approach and relentless work ethic.

Your day will involve analyzing plans, preparing material and labor estimates, and maintaining cost databases to keep us competitive and informed by industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of estimating experience on competitive bid projects.
• Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills; proficient in public speaking, coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans, specs, and construction documents to craft accurate material and labor estimates.
• Develop and maintain cost databases and estimating records.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure estimates reflect project realities and drive efficiency.
• Participate in meetings to share insights and improve estimating practices within carpentry and interiors.
