Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in rough framing.
• Knowledge and experience in wall, rafter, and stair layout.
• Knowledge of stud placement.
• Experience operating gradalls and forklifts.
• Experience working with framing crews and tight production timelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety rules and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Verify the trueness of structures using plumb bobs and levels.
• Assemble and fasten materials to create frameworks.
• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, and fixtures.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows and trim.

Skills

Knowledge in rough framing

Experience with wall and stair layout

Stud placement knowledge
