Job summary

Kiewit Corporation is seeking a skilled trade professional to read plans and install formwork, rebar, embeds, and anchors for concrete structures on a construction site. You will interpret specifications and set up supports and forms to exact measurements, then pour and finish concrete per project plans.

The role requires physical mobility on industrial sites, adherence to safety protocols, and capability to operate hand and power tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with field experience preferred.
Strong ability to read prints, drawings and specs accurately.
Ability to follow safety rules and work with supervision.
Proficiency with hand/power tools and layout instruments.
Ability to pass pre-access drug screening and maintain fit-for-duty status.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret prints, drawings, plans and specs, visualize 3D objects.
Construct, erect, install and repair structures, scaffolding and framework with tools.
Measure, cut, assemble and install forms, rebar, embeds and anchors.
Erect forms using joists, tie-rods, nails, bolts, and braces to maintain dimensions.
Pour concrete, finish surfaces, and install related items per plans.
