Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Manager, Regional Security to oversee security operations, programs, and contractor compliance across the region, ensuring the safety of employees, facilities, vendors, carriers and assets worldwide.

You will lead the Contractor Compliance Team, coordinate security assessments, manage incident response, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with management and external partners to safeguard our global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science is required.
• 5+ years relevant work experience in security.
• 7+ years global security preferred.
• Ability to analyze, digest and present large amounts of information/data to operational stakeholders related to compliance audits and training.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Contractor Compliance Team to ensure security policies and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate communications with internal/external customers on security updates.
• Oversee security assessments and document updates.
• Manage daily security operations and incident response.
• Develop crisis management plans and respond to security incidents.
• Audit security contracting and service providers.
• Draft and implement contracting & compliance SOPs and train staff.
