Arrive Logistics is seeking a skilled Claims Analyst to own a portfolio of complex cargo claims, often exceeding $100,000, and drive end‑to‑end resolution with strong financial oversight. You will mentor junior staff, manage external communications, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance across the claims process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 3 years of professional experience in customer service, administrative support, or the insurance industry.
• 5+ years of experience managing claims; cargo claims in a 3PL environment preferred.
• Outstanding organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Suite; capable of basic risk analysis and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of complex cargo claims from filing to resolution, including settlements and financial transactions.
• Lead high‑level external communications and relationships with minimal supervision.
• Manage financial aspects of claims portfolio, balancing receivables and payables; understand payment methods and legal documents.
• Mentor junior team members on processing claims across various values.
• Oversee claim operations with cross‑functional collaboration to ensure process efficiency and adherence to timelines.
