Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Forest Lake, MN is seeking caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered environment. You’ll work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support that makes each day brighter.

We provide on-the-job training, caring leadership, and a path for growth. AM shift 6AM-2PM; PT & FT may require every other weekend; join a team that treats residents like family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM).
• All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
