Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Edina, MN is seeking a Part-time Caregiver (Personal Care Assistant) to join our team. You will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversations and activities. A High School Diploma/GED is required; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is needed.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
