Premier Senior Living in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, seeks a Personal Care Aide (PCA) for full-time or part-time roles. This position provides daily living assistance to residents, supports mobility, and helps maintain a comfortable, safe, and respectful living environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and CPR certification. The role requires TB health clearance, immunizations, background checks, and random drug testing as part of employment.

Formación

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.
• Health requirements including TB and all required immunizations.
• Pass background check and random drug tests.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Observe residents’ conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Assist with walking, exercising and moving in and out of bed.
• Prepare, serve, and collect meal trays.
• Clean rooms and change linens.
• Deliver messages and documents to residents or staff.
• Answer phones and direct visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding residents and staff.
