Job summary

Pegasus Landing of Tanglewood is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to provide compassionate care to our senior residents in a dynamic living community. The role offers day, evening, and night shifts, with flexible scheduling to fit individual availability.

The position requires clear communication in English, at least one year of relevant experience, and the ability to assist residents with mobility and daily activities in a supportive and respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience with older adults is preferred.
• Must be able to life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and med administration per state guidelines.
• Maintain resident safety and reporting of changes to care team.
